Items are dispatched from the fashi.co ware house and other locations are delivered
within 2-6 business working days.
Note : Due to unexpected events such as protests, storms, or other natural disruptions,
some deliveries may encounter slight delays. We are committed to maintaining the highest
standards of service and appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

• For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 will be charged.
• Delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and other factors beyond our
control.
• Exchange from our physical stores is free of cost.
• For exchange of online orders, delivery charges will be applicable regardless of the
order worth.
• Unused products(except underwears) can be exchanged (size only) within 30 days
from the date of purchase by presenting the product with an original invoice.
• No cash refunds will be entertained.
• Exchange without an invoice will not be entertained.
• Products purchased during any seasonal discount shall be considered as final sale
and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
• In case of any manufacturing defect, a claim can be presented with an original invoice
within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Claim will be settled within 15 days from the date of claim received at the respective
outlets as mentioned in store locations page.
• To settle a claim, company reserves the right to either repair the product or offer a new
one in exchange.
• In case of a wrong item delivered or if the product is damaged in transit, customers
must notify us .
• In case of an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags and
packaging intact.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear and swimwear due to hygiene
reasons
